FlowBeats generates AI-produced audio and synthesised soundscapes intended to accompany focus, study, or work sessions. The free tier includes 15 minutes of focus audio per day; Pro ($7/month, billed via Stripe) provides unlimited listening.
FlowBeats is a productivity and entertainment tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Content referencing brainwave states, cortisol, or heart rate (including on our Science page) is provided for general informational purposes, summarising third-party research, and should not be relied upon as medical or clinical guidance. If you have a heart condition, epilepsy, sensitivity to audio stimulation, or any health concern, consult a doctor before use — particularly before using the binaural beats feature.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time, except where required by law (e.g. UK/EU 14-day cooling-off period for digital services not yet substantially used).
You agree not to: abuse the free tier via multiple email addresses to bypass generation limits; use automated tools to scrape, overload, or attack the Service; or use generated audio for any unlawful purpose.
Audio is generated using third-party AI models (Replicate / MusicGen). While we select prompts designed to produce instrumental, non-infringing output, AI generation is probabilistic and we cannot guarantee every output is unique or free from incidental similarity to existing works. Generated audio is provided for personal use during focus sessions.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowBeats and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including reliance on any productivity, cognitive, or health-related claims referenced on the Science page. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these terms or the Service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted with an updated date above.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any statutory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
